Application Deadline
The deadline for the 2012 Miss Black Louisiana USA Scholarship Pageant will be posted shortly.

We welcome all eligible participants in the Talented Teen competition.  Below are the eligibility requirements:

    •  A resident of the state of Louisiana during year of pageant
    •  Between the ages of 14 and 18
    •  Must not have given birth to a child 
    •  Single and never been married
    •  Have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher at the time of application

Rules & Regulations
Before completing the online application, please read the instructions below: 

    •  All applicants must pay the application fee at the time the online application is completed. The application
       fee is $50.00. 
    •  After you fill out this form, click on the CONTINUE button.  You will be directed to a page that will allow you
       to pay via PayPal.  Have your credit or debit card ready to execute this transaction.  You do not need a PayPal
       account in order to pay the Application Fee.
    •  All applications must also be accompanied by 1 head photo and 1 full-body photo.  Be prepared to email your
       photos to photos@missblacklouisianausa.org.
    •  If you are not prepared to pay the application fee and immediately email your picture, do not fill out the
       application at this time.  Come back to this website and fill out the application when you are prepared to
       submit both your application fee and your photo.
    •  All Pageant fees are non-refundable.  In order to qualify for the Miss Black Louisiana USA Scholarship
       Pageant, you must place your initials in the box below that indicates your understanding of this statement.
