Victoria Turner
2012 Talented Teen

Before even considering the Miss Black Louisiana USA Talented Teen 2012 pageant I was a 12yr old in 7th grade with her own foundation and the dream of becoming a famous actress, singer, model, and CEO of my own business.

My name is Tori Turner and I am the founder of Tori Turner’s D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation. My non-profit foundation’s mission is to help offset the cost for other youth like me to pay for classes and other expenses to help them reach their D.R.E.A.M.S. The foundation holds fundraising events and depends on the kindness of others to be successful.

You are never too young to make a difference! I am an advocate for teens to figure out their passion, develop the vision, and turn it into capital. I  also advocate for teens to become more aware of others’ needs and become more active in volunteer efforts in and around their community. My hope is that other teens will develop the passion and experience the feeling of giving rather than receiving. There is no greater feeling than knowing that you have truly made a difference in someone else’s life.
My message to others is to always D.R.E.A.M. BIG and believe in God
and yourself and you can do whatever you set your mind to.
