Below is the application for Miss Black Louisiana USA 2012. With all of your beauty, talent, skill, and grace, can
you be the next Miss Black Louisiana USA?


YES YOU CAN! . . . provided you meet the qualifications listed below: 
  •  A resident of the state of Louisiana during year of pageant
  •  Between the ages of 18 and 27
  •  Single and never been married
  •  Have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher at the time of application


 The application deadline to compete in the 2012 Miss Black Louisiana Scholarship Pageant. will be announced soon. Please read the Rules & Regulations below.
 

Rules & Regulations
Before completing the online application, please read the instructions below:  

    •  All applicants must pay the application fee at the time the online application is completed. The application
       fee is $75.00.  
   •  After you fill out this form, click on the CONTINUE button.  You will be directed to a page that will allow you to
       pay via PayPal.  Have your credit or debit card ready to execute this transaction.  You do not need a PayPal
       account in order to pay the Application Fee.
   •  All applications must also be accompanied by 1 head photo and 1 full-body photo.  Be prepared to email
       your  photos to  photos@missblacklouisianausa.org.
   •  If you are not prepared to pay the application fee and immediately email your picture, do not fill out

       the application at this time.  Come back to this website and fill out the application when you are prepared

       to submit both your application fee and your photo.

   •  All Pageant fees are non-refundable.  In order to qualify for the Miss Black Louisiana USA Scholarship
      Pageant, you must  place your initials in the appropriate box that indicates your understanding of this statement.
